Three bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and the bunk room offers two sets of bunk beds — each with a Twin over Queen. Have extra guests? Casual sleepers (aka, kiddos) can curl up on additional sleeping pads.
Two Half Baths are located by the kitchen and near the primary entrance. There is also a Full Bath in the main hallway with tile accents and a shower/tub combo. The Master Bath shines with ample room to relax and prepare for the day (a great place for brides and their maids to get ready). Enjoy the large soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower, large closet and glorious vanity.
Sleeps 12 adults max. Jefferson Estate can accommodate additional guests on sleeping pads (read, kids!).
There is ample parking for muliple households to come together, and room throughout the home to spread out and relax.
The roomy kitchen overlooks the southern grassy lawn, the screened-in porch, and the lounge room (with couch and TV).
Plan a group wine-tasting, host a multi-course meal, or create a charceuterie to remember with ample platters and serving ware.
Kitchen is complete with a gas oven and range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (and complimentary bag of Case Coffee), pots, pans, silverware and plateware (including kid-friendly bowls and cups), and bar-top seating for 4.
Vacay your way in this home’s various lounge areas. The main living space features a leath couch, handmade Pendleton pillows, a gas fireplace, and pool table. Open the double sliding doors to the patio to extend your living space in the warmer months.
The lounge room beakons you to get cozy with a plush wrap-around couch and large wall-mounted TV.
The bunk room is where the kids will want to play all day, with a retro Pac-Man arcade game, Nintendo Wii, and projector screen for movies.
Lastly, the screened-in porch is a perfect place for fresh-air reading, dining and conversation (and for those who don’t mind a little chill, a Murphy Bed is available for al fresco sleeping, too).
There is spacious parking, plus EV charging available for one vehicle in the garage. This is a single-story home, though there are a few outdoor steps at the front door and back patio.
Jefferson Estate is pet friendly and fully-fenced!
Pets are allowed as long as the applicable pet fees have been paid. Unauthorized occupancy of pets in non-pet units will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $25 plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed.
If you are given permission to bring a pet the following rules must be followed:
1) Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
2) A minimum of $30 pet fee per stay if staying less than 5 nights. If staying more than 5 nights, pet fee will be $50.00.
3) No pets on any furniture or bedding.
4) Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges.
5) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
6) No pets in the bath tub.
7) Pets should not be left unattended in unit.
8) Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by pet to be charged to credit card on file.
9) Any extra cleaning that must be done because of pet(s) will be charged to renter at rate of $45 an hour.

THE SPACE
Jefferson Estate is a four bedroom, single-level home that’s ideal for family getaways, girls’ weekends, book clubs, weddings, and reunions. Twelve people sleep comfortably, and sleeping pads are available for crashing by the gas fireplace or out on the screened patio.
The generous open living spaces welcome you and your guests to relax, entertain, eat, drink, play games and enjoy good company. Our biggest hope is that you’ll make yourself comfortable in this luxurious home away from home.
A note for families with littles: the pool, hot tub and pond are not fenced-in from the rest of the property. Please be extra attentive with small children around this home’s open bodies of water.

GETTING AROUND
Jefferson Estate sits conveniently just minutes from the South Ashland I-5 freeway entrance (although you’ll feel like you’re miles away from anyone). It’s really the best of both worlds — you’ll feel like you are in the country, but only steps away from the action of downtown Ashland’s famous food and theatre scene.
We’re also just a few minutes from Emigrant Lake, and several local wineries. In fact, you can walk to Weisinger Family Winery (about .5 miles away), and drive to Irvine and Roberts tasting room (a favorite!) in a matter of minutes.
This home is approximately 8-minutes from downtown Ashland’s Plaza and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatre.
