King size bed. This property is a large-room studio.
One bathroom with a shower/tub. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper and soap are provided.

The kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. You’ll also find plates, silverware, and cookware.
Off-street parking is available for one vehicle.
Downtown Suite is pet friendly!
1) Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
2) A minimum of $40 pet fee per stay if staying less than 5 nights.
3) No pets on any furniture or bedding.
4) Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges.
5) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
6) No pets in the bath tub.
7) Pets should not be left unattended in unit.
8) Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by pet to be charged to credit card on file.
9) Any extra cleaning that must be done because of pet(s) will be charged to guest at rate of $45 an hour.

THE SPACE
Please note that this suite is semi-attached to our Main St. House, another short-term rental. We have taken great lengths to add additional sound proofing material between the one shared wall. You may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life happening on the other side.
This suite has a private entrance. Seasonally there is furniture and a barbecue in the private patio area.

We take your privacy very seriously and do not intrude on your vacation. However, if you need any assistance, we are here to help and are always available by text.
GETTING AROUND
Just park and walk! There is no need to drive when you stay at this downtown suite.
