Welcome to Crest House — an entirely renovated, well-appointed midcentury modern home on a private drive in South Ashland.
Outdoors, you’ll discover ample patio seating and unmatched views of Grizzly Peak, Ashland’s small non-commercial airport, and Pacific Northwest sunrises. Kick your feet up by the firepit, play a game or two of horseshoes, then cook dinner for everyone on the grill.
Have more than six guests? This house is semi-attached to our additional West Wing unit, which can expand your space to sleep a total of eight.
CREST HOUSE DETAILS
Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kiddo or teen with a Twin Bed. Have an extra guest? They can be accomodated on a roll away bed, or on our super-wide, mega-plush couch.
Single bathroom is home to a full tub and shower, dual sink, and custom-built vanity.
Sleeps 5 adults max. Crest House can also accommodate a 6th guest with our roll away bed or mega-wide comfy couch (no need to draw straws, it’s that good!).

The roomy kitchen island calls for family gatherings and shared plates. Don’t miss a thing while you whip up a big meal or buffet, since everyone can pitch in in this big, open space that’s open to the home’s common area.
Plan a group wine-tasting, whip up a BBQ smorgesborg, or ask Aunt Sally to host a cooking demo and pass on that favorite family recipe. Kitchen is complete with oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, Moccamaster coffee maker (and complimentary bag of Case Coffee), pots, pans, silverware and plateware (including kid-friendly bowls and cups).
There is spacious parking for three vehicles. This is a single-story home, though there are a few outdoor steps that lead to the front door.
The Crest House is pet friendly!
Pets are allowed in certain units as long as the applicable pet fees have been paid. Unauthorized occupancy of pets in non-pet units will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $25 plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed.
If you are given permission to bring a pet the following rules must be followed:
1) Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
2) A minimum of $25 pet fee per stay if staying less than 5 nights. If staying more than 5 nights, pet fee will be $50.00.
3) No pets on any furniture or bedding.
4) Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges.
5) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
6) No pets in the bath tub.
7) Pets should not be left unattended in unit.
8) Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by pet to be charged to credit card on file.
9) Any extra cleaning that must be done because of pet(s) will be charged to renter at rate of $45 an hour.

THE SPACE
Crest House is a three bedroom, single bathroom, mid-century modern home that’s ideal for family getaways or your annual girls’ weekend. Five people sleep comfortably, but six isn’t a crowd if you count the comfy living room couch (which is as wide as a full size bed).
The generous open living space offers plenty of opportunities to relax, entertain, eat, drink, play games and enjoy good company. Plop down in front of the large flat-screen TV, or take advantage of the chef’s kitchen in the heart of home and cook up a storm! Our biggest hope is that you’ll make yourself comfortable in this home away from home.

We take your privacy very seriously and do not intrude on your vacation. However, if you need any assistance, we are here to help and are always available by text.

GETTING AROUND
Crest House sits conveniently just one minute from the I-5 freeway entrance (although you won’t be able to hear or see the freeway), and adjacent to Ashland’s premier hotel and conference center. There are four great restaurants right out our back door (okay, maybe it’ll take a few minutes to walk there), and yet the home rests on top of a secluded knoll with stunning and unobstructed views of the Ashland valley. It’s really the best of both worlds — you’ll feel like you are in the country, but only steps away from the action. We’re also just a few minutes from Emigrant Lake, and several local wineries!
It is an approximately 7-minute drive from the house to Downtown Ashland’s Plaza and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatre.
