Are your properties pet friendly?

Yes, we have several pet-friendly homes and suites, and our VIP (Very Important Pet) program ensures your pup loves their vacation, too! We provide disposable pet bowls, a special pet treat, a towel for wiping paws, and a mat for lounging during their stay. Visit our Pets page for more info.

Which of your properties is closest to downtown Ashland?

All of our Swank House properties are within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and the Plaza, with the exception of Jefferson Estate (which is about 4 miles south of downtown).

Our Matriarch Heritage House and Suites are right downtown near the post office and mere blocks from shopping and restaurants. The Main Swank and Downtown Suite are at the south end of downtown, by the library and fire station (again, just blocks from shopping and food). And Swank Suites are just another block south of them.

Do you offer self check-in?

Yes, all of our properties are self check-in. We’ll send you instructions for accessing your accommodations and parking, and we’re always just a phone call or text away if you need anything. 

Is off-street parking available?

Yes, every Swank House property has free off-street parking — a big bonus when you’re staying near downtown Ashland! Additionally, Main Swank and Downtown Suite have a covered carport and Jefferson Estate has a garage.

Looking for parking with EV charging? We have charging stations available at Main Swank, Downtown Suite, Jefferson Estate and Swank Suites. 

Is there laundry access?

Yes, all of our properties have access to laundry. Main Swank, Matriarch House and Jefferson Estate have washers and dryers on site. Additionally, access codes for laundry can be provided upon request. Just let us know during your stay!

When are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am for all Swank House properties.

Do you have other vacation rentals outside of Ashland?

If you’re traveling south, we’d love to see you at our sister property in Dunsmuir, Ca. — Mossbrae Hotel. Mossbrae has all the luxury linens and unique touches you’ll find in Ashland, with the convenience of being located in Dunsmuir’s historic district right off of I-5.
